Cheng Yong was founded by Mr. Neo Nam Heng, who possessed more than 20 years of experience in the automobile industry. Our present directors are Mr. Neo Nam Heng and Mr. Neo Lam Pang.

Mr. Neo Nam Heng is also the founder and President of Automobile Importer & Exporter Association (Singapore).
